What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love it. If you don't, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. You can r contact us at 832-(590-0697) or email us at email@example.com and request return. Return credits are issued within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. If you don’t like it or other personal reason, there is no damage or defective with our merchandise, and you still want to return, 30% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be charged for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your total return credit.
All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. All items must be unassembled and re-packaged in the way it was received. All returns must be notified to our customer service within five (5) days of receipt (verified by the tracking number given). This will allow us to better process your returns, refunds, and/or damage claim requests. Failure to follow the above guidelines will cause a delay and lead up to the denial of return / damage claim requests. No exceptions will be made, and thank you for your cooperation.
For mattresses, we offer a modified version of our return policy. The change from your old worn out mattress to a new, supportive mattress can feel very different at first. Please allow 21 days (3 weeks) after delivery for you to adjust to your new mattress, and for your mattress to conform to your body after coming off the production line.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Clearance Items
- Gift Certificates
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

If an exchange is requested, the original item price 25% restocking fee and both actual shipping fee will be credited toward the new order. Deductions from the credit total will be accounted for any damages resulting from return shipping or unreported defects.
