FREIGHT DELIVERY SERVICES
Freight delivery is required when the size and/or weight of the product exceeds the limits set by small-parcel carriers. Products delivered using the following shipping services will arrive via a large truck from a contracted freight carrier.
From efficient Curbside service to top-notch White Glove, we offer a smart selection of convenient service levels designed to meet your personal delivery preferences.
CURBSIDE
Our most basic service level, Curbside Delivery gets your items to the curb outside your home. All items will be unloaded from the truck for you by skilled professionals; further movement or placement of items is up to you.
Curbside Delivery requires the following:
- The street of access be at least 10 feet wide
- The street overhead clearance is at least 14 feet
- A street with no vehicle weight restrictions

TO-THE-DOOR
To-the-Door Delivery offers the benefit of more manpower for a small fee. Our best value, this service level ensures your items will be professionally unloaded from the truck and delivered straight to your door, garage, or porch for added convenience.
To-the-Door Delivery requires the following:
- The street of access be at least 10 feet wide
- The street overhead clearance is at least 14 feet
- A street with no vehicle weight restrictions

ROOM-OF-CHOICE
Room-of-Choice Delivery affords you the luxury of having skilled professionals unload your items and place them directly in a room or outdoor location of your choosing. Room-of-Choice is a convenient, affordable option for large, heavy, or hard-to-maneuver items and/or those living in multi-level apartment or condo buildings. Removal of packaging is not included at this level of service.
Room-of-Choice Delivery requires the following:
- The street of access be at least 10 feet wide
- The street overhead clearance is at least 14 feet
- A street with no vehicle weight restrictions
- Stairways, doorways, hallways & turns be at least 36 in. wide
- A limit of two flights of stairs, up to 15 steps each
Delivery conditions outside of the above guidelines and those including, but not limited to, things such as sharp turns, narrow or gravel driveways, and gated communities or condominiums require additional handing services and fees. If any of these apply, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-832-590-0697 about availability and pricing for additional services.
WHITE GLOVE
White Glove Delivery provides everything you could want and more when it comes to convenience. In addition to unloading, hauling, and placing the item in your room of choice, additional services such as unboxing, packaging removal, and limited item setup* are included as well. White Glove is the gold standard for those who appreciate the ease of a professional helping hand. .
White Glove Delivery requires the following:
- The street of access be at least 10 feet wide
- The street overhead clearance is at least 14 feet
- A street with no vehicle weight restrictions
- Stairways, doorways, hallways & turns be at least 36 in. wide
- A limit of two flights of stairs, up to 15 steps each
- Any existing furniture be moved by the delivery recipient
*Setup is limited to those assembly actions that can be performed without the use of tools, i.e. placing legs on a sofa or table via pre-attached screws.
Delivery conditions outside of the above guidelines and those including, but not limited to, things such as sharp turns, narrow or gravel driveways, and gated communities or condominiums require additional handing services and fees. Freight deliveries require that someone be present during the delivery and are made during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The delivery agent will call in advance to schedule your delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window, or you can easily schedule your own appointment online with our carrier - once your order is ready to ship, you’ll be sent an email with your shipping details as well as a handy link allowing you to select an available delivery time that works for you.
Standard shipping rates for freight service levels apply to the 48 contiguous United States only. A physical street address is required for all addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.
